PAST CHAIR @ Home And Space Interiors

Scott, a lover of Art Decor, Modern and Traditional art, my interior design passion goes far beyond the art and science involved in the creation of majestical and aesthetically pleasing spaces. I am an interior designer with over 37 years experience, animal healthcare.

Before becoming an interior designer, I worked as a veterinary surgeon, providing healthcare services to animals, surgical procedures, diagnose and treat various diseases as well as administer medications, vaccinations and physical examinations.

I am cancer and liver transplant survivor. My love for animals led in long years of animal healthcare. Although my love for animals continues to brew strongly, I gave up the long years of active work to focus on my passion for interior designing.

Subcontracted by Charles Luckman I worked in completing the Border Grill Restaurant also in renovating the terminal one on the Theme building after much work hadn't been done on it since it was completed in 1984. It was a $12 million project and took over 18 months to complete all project phases. The extension of Terminal 1, known as Terminal 1.5 during construction, provides increased passenger processing with an expanded shared-use ticketing lobby, security screening areas and baggage claim hall for Southwest, Allegiant, Frontier, Sun Country and Viva Aerobus airlines.

The extension also features the first of seven Terminal Vertical Cores, which will provide access to the future pedestrian bridge that will connect to the Automated People Mover's Center Central Terminal Area station in 2023. Designed to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver status for its sustainability features, the building's exterior façade features a mid-century modern design that aligns with the look and feel of the entire LAX Central Terminal Area. A bus depot to support operations at the West Gates at Tom Bradley International Terminal is located on the ramp level. Later this year, the facility will also provide a connection between Terminals 1 and 2 in the post-security area Construction began on the $477.5 million facility in 2017
